found a nifty way of cranking out some exercise, despite my being excessively lazy.

  1. 40 pushups, 40 situps
  2. 35 pushups, 35 situps
  3. etc.

until 5/5.  gives you 180/180 total.  DOES NOT FEEL LIKE ENOUGH.  BUT I’M LAZY.  considering throwing in back crunches, dips, squats or something like that.  but the pattern seems good for sustained exercise, if you keep the pace up.

on an unrelated note, i ran too fast yesterday and i’m maintaining a wonderful smoker’s cough.  yay!

edit: start at 50 for increased fun
