it is so dark in the a.m. now
20Oct09
nobody looks happy when they drive in the morning. everyone tailgates, speeds, runs lights, and generally acts insane. people also tend to cut others off without consideration, and use their signals far too infrequently. (i am guilty of all these things).
would anyone act in this way to other people if they weren’t in a car? of course not, they’d get punched in the face. is your vehicle really that empowering, then? or is it just the distance created between people by everyone’s separation into vehicles that causes enough impersonality to facilitate rudeness?
